Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Michelle is responsible for explaining the current benefit options, enrollment issues, and benefit questions for all eligible employees. She maintains HIPAA files and handles retiree processing, FMLA requests, and Workers Compensation. Michelle also oversees the HR Systems including Tyler Technologies.
